It's the beginning of Day 7 and I am 232.5 this morning. I was up before the alarm this morning, and my alarm is set for 0430. Little bit of a headache, I took some excederine and had my bee pollen with honey. I'm going to juice for breakfast (maybe bring some in to work too) I am working an extra shift today, just for 8 hours. Then I work the weekend too. I'm feeling pretty confident about staying raw. I do regret the tortilla chips from yesterday...I should have just thrown out the left-overs or sent them home with someone. Next time I make guacamole I'm using celery to eat it!
